Become a vendor, volunteer or exhibitor.
If you are interested in registering for a vendor table, bringing an operational layout for display or you are interested in volunteering to help at the show, please send us an email to receive the appropriate information package.
Vendor Information:
8’ Table: $45 each, maximum 3 per vendor except by special arrangement, payable within 30 days of booking
8’ Space (no table): $45 each, discount may be available by special arrangement, payable within 30 days of booking
Each table comes with one (1) chair.
Each registration comes with one (1) VENDOR PASS, plus one (1) extra VENDOR PASS if more than one table is booked.
Power is available by arrangement. Wifi may be available through Beban Park Recreation Centre.
Setup starts at approximately 0630 April 14, 2024.
Approximately 90 tables are available.
Layouts:
No charge for floor space alone (self-supporting layout or own table).
One Club sales table supplied to large clubs only.
Tabletop layouts (including micro-layouts): $45 for one table, one chair and one pass - YOU MAY BRING YOUR OWN TABLE AS ABOVE TO SAVE THIS CHARGE - we have limited numbers of tables.
Exhibition:
We will have two exhibition tables where modelers may display their models with descriptions. One will have plastic covers for small item security and one will be open but watched for large models.
No charge to participate. Liability waiver required.
Volunteer Information:
We are looking for a number of volunteers to help at the show with setup and acting as show marshals.
We are looking for regular members of the Society, of all ages, to participate in building the Society layouts and helping with organization.
We are looking for volunteers to conduct demonstrations.
